CDQ 01 Economic / financial capacity

The tenderer has the necessary economic / financial capacity the execution of the warrant.

Certified true copies of the Commercial Register and the Register of Prosecutionss more than three months at the time the tenderer requests them or, for foreign tenderers, equivalent official and foreign documents recently issued.

These supporting documents must be provided only on request, after the tender submission and before contract award.

CDQ 08 Replacement

The tenderer is ready to replace the employees he makes available if there are important reasons for it.
