As a corporate savings bank, CEPF provides authorized persons with standardized services in the field of financial services. savings and payments. It is intended to appoint a bidder as a general contractor. The service provider supports the key processes, which are complemented by back office services.

The proof of qualification listed below must bee provided in their entirety and without restriction or modification at the same time as the offer, otherwise it will not enter into the matter on the latter.

CDQ 01 Economic / financial capacity

The tenderer has the necessary economic / financial capacity the execution of the warrant.

Certified true copies of the Commercial Register and the Register of Prosecutionss more than three months at the time the tenderer requests them or, for foreign tenderers, equivalent official and foreign documents recently issued.

These supporting documents must be provided only on request, after the tender submission and before contract award.

QCD 02

CDQ 08 Replacement

The tenderer is ready to replace the employees he makes available if there are important reasons for it.

The adjudicator evaluates the services and the 'commitment of the persons made available by the tenderer. Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations. Tenderers may only modify the prices indicated in their tender in special circumstances (for example where the requirements need to be clarified or precised).and where the tenderer explicitly authorizes them in his invitation to participate in negotiations.
