Preparation of test questions according to the law on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance

The subject of the public bid is:

The subject of the public bid is:

a) processing a set of test questions in the range 1500 (1200 300 reserve) otazek and 100 (80 20 reserve) studies (further all as "set of test questions") in accordance with - 58 par.1 Act No. 170/2018 Coll., On distr. insurance and reinsurance (hereinafter referred to as the "Distribution Act"), and in accordance with the proposal of the CNB on Professional Qualification for Distribution of the Insured, which will be accepted under the Distribution Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Design of the Announcement") and the provision and accessibility of the IT system for file administration exp. otazek;

b) pilot test part of the file exp. a minimum of 600 test otaquesand 40 feasibility studies (max 2 rounds) in accordance with the Act on the Distribution and Design of the Announcements, including submission of the Report with the result of the Pilot Test; a question to the professional public and the elimination of their reminders and d) the update of the file exp. The contractor proves the fulfillment of the professional qualifications in relation to the Czech Republic pursuant to - 77-of the Act by submitting a commercial register statement, if the supplier is registered in it, or a copy of another similarly to the record, if another legal regulation entered in such records is required [for proof of professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act]

The Supplier is entitled to submit in the offer a copy of the document proving the qualification. The supplier is also entitled to replace the quotation given aboveof the document by submitting an affidavit pursuant to Section 86 (2) of the Act, for which it is entitled to use the Supplement No. 3 ZD - Honorable Declaration of the Supplier. If the supplier offers the offer, the natural person, the claim is honored for the natural person. If the supplier offers a quote from the supplier, a lawyer, the claim is honestly proclaimed to be a legal person.

However, the contracting authority, in order to speed up the contracting process to suppliersinstructs them to submit a certified copy or an original proof of qualification in the quotes. In this context, the supplier's supplier points out that he will require from the selected supplier to submit the above-mentioned qualification certificate in the original or officially certified copy if he / she has not already been submitted in the award procedure.
