The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount or maximum amount with an estimate of 38 000 EUR HT / year for lot 1 and an estimate of 40 000 EUR HT / year for lot 2, passes for a period of one year from 13.2.2020 (for the 2 lots) or from the date of notification if this is later, renewable by one year, at maximum 4 times, for a maximum of 5 years. Delay of execution. Lots 1 and 2: the intervention must be carried out within a maximum of 8 days after receipt of the order form.

lot 1: technical value judged on the submitted technical memorandum:

- quality of the data sheets and data sheets safety of the products books, of the sector for the evacuation of the soda and from the WAC use to a CET or other approved recovery center with traceability of waste (BSDI), methodology for soda analysis before evacutreatment center and relevance of guaranteed timeframes from the date of the order for the delivery of different products score out of 40,

- relevance of the procedure of removal for each reagent with the instructions of hygiene and safety essential in advance of any intervention on site note on 40,

- relevance of the procedure of internal control to the companyto justify the quality of the product (non-contaminated product) by specifying the authentication of the product delivered between the departure of the supplier and the arrival on the site and the intermediary stages if necessary (name of the companies of deliveries, and if the points of stops are secured) score out of 20. Sum of the sub-criteria scores reduced to 10 - coefficient 3,

- price of benefits score out of 10 (10 for the cheapest price then relative ranking: cheapest price / price proposed X 10) coefficient 1,

lot 2: technical value judge on the submitted technical memory:

- quality of the technical data sheets and safety data sheets of the products books, and relevance of guaranteed time from the date of the order for the delivery of different products note on 40,

- relevance of the pdebridement procedure with the necessary health and safety instructions in advance of any on-site intervention note on 40,

- relevance of the internal control procedure to the company to justify the quality of the product (non-contaminated product) in Specifying the product`s product authentication between the vendor`s departure and the arrival on the site and the intermediate steps ifneed (name of the delivery companies, and if the stopping points are secure) score out of 20. Sum of the sub-criteria scores reduced to 10 - coefficient 3,

- benefit prices score out of 10 (10 for the price the cheapest then relative ranking: cheapest price / price offers X 10) coefficient 1.
