The subject of public procurement is the services of cleaning and maintenance of communications and areas in Prague 15, which are owned, administered or entrusted to the Prague City Hall 15 and with the associated supplies. eligibility under Section 77 (1) and (2). a) ZZVZ

Method of proving according to Section 77 (1) of ZZVZ:

By submitting a copy of the commercial statementregistration, registration, or other similar registration if another legal regulation requires it to be entered in such records. - A foreign contractor shall submit a commercial listing or equivalent in accordance with the law in force in the country of his place of business or domicile in the original language, Czech language. The obligation to attach a translation into the Czech language does not apply to documents in the word- Proofs proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ must prove according to Section 86 (5) the fulfillment of the required eligibility criteria no later than 3 months before the day of commencement of the investiture procedure - Method of proving according to - 77, par. a) ZZVZ:

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to prove that he is entitled to do business within the scope of the subject matter of the Public Procurement.The Supplier shall submit a commercial registration in the Czech Republic pursuant to Section 10 (3) of the Commercial Code with the seat or business premises in the Czech Republic. (a) Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trades Licensing, as amended. Upon issuance of the notice, the supplier shall submit, pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 3, a letter. b) of the Trades Licensing Act with the Procincluding through a public administration contact point or a decision to grant a concession.

It is required to prove the business min. for production, trade and services not listed in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act.

If a foreign person submits a bid through his organizational unit in the Czech Republic, If the law of the supplier's country of origin does not require a similar professional capacity as set out in this Entry Documentation, the supplier is not required to submit the documents here. Fulfilling the professional qualification according to - 77 paragraph 2 of the letter. a) The ZZVZ then proves the contractor with an honorary declaration on the fulfillment of the qualification prerequisite.
