Rental of a conference room in amphitheater with audiovisual services, catering service. Rental and installation of a sye-voting and voting system for the CCMSA statutory age.

Rental of a conference room in amphitheatres for up to 800 people with audio-visual services, seating area for up to 800 people, with additional service optional optional catering services in Paris intramural or near Paris.

This consultationhas for object the hiring of a conference room in amphitheater for 800 people to the maximum with audio-visual performances, of a space for seated restoration for 800 people at the maximum in Paris intramural or at the doors of Paris for the general assembly statutory of the CCMSA of 28.5.2020, 18.6.2021, 17.6.2022 and 23.6.2023. A possible additional benefit of serviceis defined in the CCTP. The description of the services expected and their technical specifications are defined in the particular technical clauses (CCTP), as well as in the commitment documents specific to each lot. This framework agreement is passed according to the adapted procedure, in application of the Articles L. 2123-1 2, R. 2123-1 3, R. 2123-4 and R. 2123-5 of the comma codepublic. This framework agreement is processed on the basis of a Unit Price Schedule (BPU), as specified in the commitment document for each lot. There is no minimum or maximum annual order. After the initial analysis of the candidates` offers, the CCMSA will negotiate with the first 3 candidates. The CCMSA reserves the right to award the contract on thebasis of initial offers without negotiation. In accordance with Article R. 2132-7 of the Public Order Code, tenders shall be sent electronically (dematerialisation) under the conditions laid down by the judgment of 22.3.2019 laying down the procedures for making the documents available for consultation and the backup copy.
