Expansion and rearrangement of exhibitions. Center Kepler's sciences in Zielona G-ra with the use of existing and new exhibits - Reference Number: ZOK.CP.21.3.1.2019

The subject of the order is the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly and launch of the interactive educational exhibition of the Kepler Science Center-Nature Center (CNK CP) consisting of 72 posts (exhibits) in Zielona G-ra.

The object of the order is to design, manufacture, delivery, assembly and launch of an interactive educational exhibitionThe Center for Science Kepler-Center for Nature (CNK CP) consisting of 72 stands (exhibits) in Zielona Gora.

The CPK CP exhibition will be available in a room with an area of approx. 530 m located on the ground floor and in a ca. 650 m part of the room located on the first floor of the Copernicus Science Center CP in Zielona Gora at ul. gen. J. Dąbrowskiego 14. Both rooms are connected by a lift and scof breeders. The height of both rooms is 333 cm measured from the floor to the ceiling, with ventilation ducts and troughs for electrical installations in some places under the ceiling. The height from the floor to the lower surface of these installations is 265 cm.

1. The order is not divided into parts.

2. The subject of the order must meet the technical standards set out in the detailed description of the foregoingiotu appendix No. 4 to SIWZ.

3. The terms of order execution are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the ToR.

5. If the descriptions include: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should only be treated as an aid in describing the subject of the order. In each case, equivalent products are acceptable in terms of construction, parameters, and purpose.

6. If the descriptions include: standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 para. 1 point 2 I para. 3 of the Act should be treated only as an aid in describing the subject of the order. In any case, equivalent solutions are permissible. 1. The Contractor may submit only one offer for the performance of the objectat orders. Submission of more than one offer will result in rejection of all bids submitted by the contractor.

2. The offer must be made in the form of an original under pain of nullity, bearing a qualified electronic signature of the Contractor.

3. The content of the offer must be consistent with the content of the ToR.

4. The offer (including attachments) must be made legibly in Polish.

5. The offer mustbe signed by a qualified electronic signature of persons entitled to submit declarations of will on behalf of the Contractor, ie the person (s) representing the contractor, in accordance with the representation rules indicated in the relevant register or person (person) authorized to represent the Contractor. If the person (persons) signing the offer (representing the Contractor or Contractors appearing jointly)operates on the basis of a power of attorney, this authorization in the form of an original signed by a qualified electronic signature of persons authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the Contractor must be attached to the offer. Each document submitted with an offer in a language other than Polish must be submitted together with a translation into Polish.

8. The Contractor submits the offer via FOrmolarza to submit an offer available at: https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl in these proceedings regarding the award of a public order. The offer should be made in the Polish language, retaining the electronic form, and the following applies to data containing text, text and graphic documents or multimedia: .txt; .rft; .pdf; .xps; .odt; .ods; .odp; .doc; .xls; .ppt; .docx; .xlsx;.pptx; csv.

9. It is recommended when making the offer to use the models developed by the Ordering Party. The Contractor may, however, present the offer on his forms, with the proviso that they will contain all substantive content specified by the Employer in the prepared formulas (additions to the ToR). The Contractor shall not, however, make any substantive changes to the model docsitems describing the subject of the orders developed by the Employer.

10. The costs of developing and delivering the offer shall be borne solely by the Contractor.

11. Any information constituting a trade secret within the meaning of the Act of 16.4.1993 on combating unfair competition, which the Contractor reserves as a business secret, should be submitted in a separate field in step 1loading an offer intended for placing a trade secret. According to art. 86 par. 4 of the PPL, company secrets, address, price information, order completion date, warranty period and payment terms can not be a trade secret. All information constituting the secret of the company was included in a separate file and defined the subject matter with its contentweakness (legal basis for secrecy). The Contractor must, not later than within the deadline for submission of tenders, show that the proprietary information constitutes a trade secret, in particular specifying how the conditions referred to in Art. 11 point 4 of the Act of 16.4.1993 on combating unfair competition, according to which the company's secret is determined by the informacja, if it meets a total of three conditions:

a) it is technical, technological, organizational enterprise or other information having an economic value,

b) has not been disclosed to the public,

c) the necessary actions were taken in relation to it confidentiality.

In the case where the document only partially contains the secret of the company, it is recommended thatThe contractor should have divided this document into two files and for each of them, respectively, mark the status of publicity or business secret.

12. The Contractor may not reserve the information referred to in art. 86 par. 4 of the Act
