Logistic and technical support of trainings, press conferences, conferences, annual meetings and trips.

Main Site: Republic of Bulgaria

In fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement, the contractor shall followto carry out the following activities:

Under Activity 1 "Upgrading of the training program and conducting general CAF trainings":

1.1. Providing 1 night, 1 coffee break and 1 catering for 3 trainings for senior civil servants and managers in Sofia, with a duration of 3 astronomical hours (within a half day) each, for a total of 63 people (60 trainees and 3 lecturers);

1.2.2 nights, 4 coffee breaks and 2 catering for 12 people. general trainings in Sofia, lasting 12 astronomical hours each, for a total of 312 people (300 trainees and 12 lecturers);

1.3. Provision of transport for 15 pcs. Lecturer, Return and Return (whose place of residence is outside the city of Sofia) for the general trainings.

Under Activity 2 "Capacity Building of the CAF Resource Center":

2.1.room with practical training for working with the updated program and a package of materials for the introduction of the CAF model and the interactive manual, with a duration of 18 astronomical hours, outside the city of Sofia, 3 nights, transport (organized transport departure and return), 6 pcs. coffee breaks, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, for a total of 32 people (30 students and 2 lecturers);

2.2. Provision of a technician roomand for training related to changes to the CAF model, the new features of the CAF 2020 and its relationship with other management instruments, lasting 18 astronomical hours, outside Sofia, 3 nights, transport (organized departure and return transportation), 6 coffee breaks, 4 lunches, 3 dinners for a total of 22 people (20 trainees and 2 lecturers)

Under Activity 3: Implement the Common Assessment Framework(CAF) in 32 administrations ":

3.1. Provision of 6 coffee breaks and 3 catering for 224 participants and 32 lecturers, as well as transportation (return and return) and 3 overnights for 32 the lecturers, during the first specialized on-site training in 32 administrations;

3.2. Provision of 4 coffee breaks and 2 catering for 224 participants and 32 lecturers, as well as transportation (return and return) and 2 pcs. nights for 32 lecturers, during the second specialized on-site training in 32 administrations;

3.3. Provision of a technical room, one coffee break and one catering for holding two conferences, to exchange experience in the process of introducing the CAF model in administrations, for 50 people each (for a total of 100 people).

By Activity 4 "Implementation of the National Rules for External ReverseEffective CAF Consumer Liaison and Award:

4.1. Provision of 3 nights, 6 coffee breaks and 3 catering for 10 participants and 2 lecturers for specialized training in external application assessment CAF in the administration;

4.2. Provision of transport for 10 trainees and 2 lecturers departure and return (whose place of residence is outside the city of Sofia) for the training;

4.3.1 night stay and transport (departure and return) of 20 lecturers for the implementation of the external evaluation procedure for up to 20 administrations.

Under Activity 5 "Promoting CAF":

5.1. Provision of a technical room, 1 coffee -Pause and one catering for the holding of 1 conference for the promotion of the CAF model in the administration for 80 participants.The conference will be held in Sofia;

5.2.is on 2 pcs. overnights, transportation (organized departure and return transportation), hall with equipment for 1 day, 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 2 evenings, for holding 2 annual meetings of CAF users in BULGARIA. The two meetings will be held outside Sofia, with the participation of 82 people each.

Information and communication activities:

Provision of a technical room, 1 coffee break and 1 cateringholding of opening and closing press conferences, for 50 people each.

The participants must have a valid registration for performing tour operator and / or tourist agency activity in accordance with Art. 61, para. 3 of the Law on Tourism (TA) and be entered in the Register of tour operators and travel agents or be persons under Art. 62 of the Tourism Act, and for non-residents - Artanalogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established or hold a similar permit or membership in a particular organization, in accordance with the law of the Member State in which the participant is established. The EDES, specifying the information on the entry of the participant in the respective professional iland a commercial register in the Member State in which it is established, indicating whether the relevant documents are available in electronic format, as well as a web address, authority or service issuing the registration document and the exact reference to the document. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Law is evidenced by presentation of a certified copy of a certificate of registration in the Tour Registercontractors and travel agents or equivalent.

Participants must be members / authorized agents of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for the sale of airline tickets and services in BSP BULGARIA.

The circumstance is certified in Part IV, section A, item 2 of the EDES, specifying information on the authorization of the participant as an agent ofIATA (International Air Transport Association) for the sale of airline tickets and services in BSP BULGARIA, indicating whether the relevant documents are available in electronic format, as well as the web address, authority or office issuing the registration document and accurate reference to the document.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act shall be proved by presentation of a certified copy of the documenta term of validity proving that he or she is an authorized IATA agent for the sale of airline tickets and by submitting a certified copy of the certificate of registration in the Tour Operators and Travel Agents Register or equivalent.

The Employer takes advantage of the opportunityness given to him in Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA and stipulates that the commission should evaluate the bids of the participants before the pre-selection.

The participant should not have the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 and art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDRCLTDS, Art. 69 of the CITAA and the conditions under Art. 107 of the PPL.
