Each of these 2 lots are the subject of an annex attached to theThis particular book of clauses.

- letter of application DC1 indicating the names and the powers of the person authorized to commit the candidate as well as the coordinates of the candidate, and in case of grouping, the form of the grouping, the designation of the agent, as well as that the necessary clearances to represent the candidates members of the grouping if the offer is not signed by themembers of the grouping;
