1. Terms of performance of the order (continued): an order is included in the list of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and on the grounds of Art. 80, para. 1 of the PPPP, the contracting authority has separated this part of the public procurement into lot 1, which is reserved for the participation of a specialistenterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities or for economic operators whose main objective is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons. Persons must be registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities at least 3 years before the opening date of the public procurement. Spec. enterprises or co-operativepersons with disabilities may take part in the public procurement contract in respect of lot 1, provided that they can perform at least 80 per cent of its subject with its own machinery, equipment and human resources.
