This public procurement is carried out as part of the implementation of the project "Study and the development of pilot models for the environmentally sound collection and temporary storage of hazardous wasteThe subject of the contract includes the activities according to the technical specification of the contracting authority for the execution of the public procurement under the conditions and according to the contractor's tender in the following scope:

Main Site: RB, Shumen Municipalities, Razgrad, Saedinenie, Levski, Sozopol, 17 other targeted municipalities according to technTechnical Specifications The specific objectives of this tender are related to: - elaboration of a comprehensive program for the implementation of the information activities under the project "Study and development of pilot models for the environmentally sound collection and temporary storage of hazardous waste from households"; transparency, efficiency, visibility, and multiplier effect on results-- Providing publicity events, events, information campaigns and meetings related to the implementation of the project through publicity and information materials; - Providing a lasting positive public opinion and behavior towards the project activities by improving public awareness of their importance; and improving their quality of life through response



To continue to prove the total and specific turnover, Part ІV "Selection Criterion", item B, "Economic and financial condition", item 1a) of EEDOP, is completed

4. The Contracting Authority shall conclude a written contract, provided that the designated contractor fulfills the conditions of Art. 112, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. In accordance with Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPL, the participant selected as contractor shall provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of the grounds for removal from the procedure as well as compliance with the statuteselection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any
