CPV Description: "The preparation of and the holding of the meetings of the Monitoring Committee of the NRDP 2014-2020" The main objective of the present public procurement is organizational and technical preparation and conducting of six (6) meetings of the Monitoring Committee (MC) which includes:

For the duration of the contract (3 years from the conclusion of the contractthe selected contractor should carry out the following activities:

6 (six) meetings of the MCC Monitoring Committee (MCC), which includes: - 2 meetings in 2019, - 2 meetings in 2020, 2 sessions in 2021,

The assignor does not have requirements for the participants to exercise professional activity.

The participants have to have a total turnover calculated on-basis of the annual turnover during the last 3 completed financial years, depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity.

Documents proving lackbut on grounds of exclusion are those specified in Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act and shall be submitted by the tenderer selected as a contractor prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract .. Documents proving compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the award of the public procurement contract according to Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPL and are:

Performance guarantee:

1. The guarantee for performance of the contract shall be submitted by the tenderer designated as the contractor at the time of signing the contract at the rate of 3% (three percent) of its total value, exclusive of VAT. Conditions for release and detention of a guardthe implementation fee is set out in the draft contract. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. The performance guarantee is provided in the form of a bank guarantee - in original, a sum of money (original payment order) or insurance (original of a policy), which guarantees performance by covering the contractor's liability. But whenthe contract for performance of the contract is presented in the form of money, it is transferred to the account of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry at the BNB - Central Bank: BGAN BNBG 9661 3300 1500 02, BIC - BNBGBGSD, as bank transfer fees are at the expense of the ordering party.
