Event logistics services and associated services for the benefit of the metropolis of Aix-Marseille-Provence

The consultation is carried out according to the adapted procedure provided for by articles 42 of the ordinance and 27 and 28 of the decree.

This framework agreement concerns the logistics of events in-the framework of communication and public relations operations of the metropolis Aix-Marseille-Provence. Logistics services include the resources needed to complete an event. On the one hand:

- the human resources necessary for the exploitation and for the follow-up of the event (animators, stewards, material handlers, lighting technicians, sonori, etc.)

And secondly:

- technical resources (goods necessary for the realization of the logistic service, tools, machines, supplies, lighting, sound system, etc.)

Letter of application including the identification of the candidate, the object of the market. For a group bid, the candidates will indicate, by all means at their convenience, the form of their group.the identification of the members of the grouping and the appointment of the representative. The document (s) relating to the powers of the person authorized to engage the company and authorization of the agent by his co-contractors in the case of a group of companies. Declaration on his honor to justify that he does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of the Ordinance and that he ist in accordance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2.II of the Decree of 29.3.2016, if the candidate is unable to produce the information and documents requested below, he is authorized to prove his economic or financial capacity by any other means considered to beOwned by the buyer.

Statement of the applicant's overall turnover and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the framework agreement, covering the past 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the start of activity of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures-are available.

Candidates must submit the declarations, certificates and attestations provided for in Articles 44, 48 and 50 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 relating to Public Markets and Article 51 of the Ordinance of 23.7.2015, making it possible to verify that the candidate satisfies the conditions for participation in the consultation: See Article 6.1 of the consultation rules

The technical merit criterion will berecie with regard to the technical memory according to the weighted sub-criterion (s) indicated below:

- sub-criterion A: quality of the material proposed for a professional use and with regard to its character recent: 50%,

- sub-criterion B: qualifications and experience of the personnel proposed for the performance of services: 20%,

- sub-criterion C: organizational arrangements for the execution of-services (order taking process, logistical means): 30%.
