Logistics services in connection with organization and conducting of two school competitions and delivery of promotional materials in two distinct positions, as follows:

Main Site: Straion Zagora and kk. Albena, reg. Dobrich

For lot 1 "Logistics services in connection with organizing and conducting of two school competitions":

- "Organization of the XVI National School Competition" Disaster Protection, Fire and Emergency Situations "- 2018 in the town of Stara Zagora ",

-" Organization of the XIX Republican competitions of the youth fire brigades "Young Firefighter" - 2018. in kk. Albena, reg. Dobrich ".

Organizing two school competitions:

1. Providing accommodation for up to 196 people for 2 nights and 2 breakfasts (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a minimum 2 - star hotel in the region of Stara Zagora.

Providing accommodation for up to 6 people for 3 nights and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a minimum 2 - star hotel in the region of-Stara Zagora Organization of a night of friendship at the place of accommodation of the participants in the event, including - provision of room / hall for the event with a capacity of at least 120 people, provision of audio equipment, provision of 25 liters of non-alcoholic beverages; providing a total of 12 kg of small sweets and salty bites; Providing hotel accommodation for up to 178 people3 nights and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a minimum of 3 star hotel in Sunny Beach. Albena, reg. Dobrich. Providing accommodation for up to 8 people for 4 nights and 4 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a minimum of 3 - star hotel in Sunny Beach. Albena, reg. Dobrich. Provide 2 lunches and 2 dinners for up to 30 official guests in the resort. Albena, reg. Dobrich. Organization of friends' evening(MPO "Young Firefighter") in Albena Resort, including - provision of a room / hall for the event, with a capacity of at least 300 people in the region of Albena. Albena, reg. Dobrich in the hotel where the accommodation will be or another nearby, providing audio equipment, providing 80 liters of soft drinks, providing a total of 35-kg of small sweets and salty bites

For lot 1 - the participant is registered in the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism and for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established

When submitting the tender the participant declares conformity with the requirement, indicating in Part IV, Criterion, section A, "Efficiency" of the EEDOP document (s) for entry in the Register and the national databases containing the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which, under the law of the country in which the applicant or participant is are required to provide information.

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant designated as contractor shall submit-copy of the document (s) for entry into the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1 item 1 and / or item 2 of the Tourism Act. If the participant is a non-resident, he / she may present a valid equivalent document or statement or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another country party to the European Economic AgreementThe contracting authority shall withdraw from participation in the tender procedure a participant when: - - there are the grounds under Art. 54 of the Public Procurement Act, - there are the grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, - - the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, - there are grounds under ArtArt. 3, item 8 of the ZPHODRDIPRKLTDS,

- the bid / documents presented by the participant are not in Bulgarian language, - the participant has changed the template for the procedure, - the participant has submitted a technical proposal for the execution of the order which does not correspond to the normative requirements for the performance of the activities under this contract, the technical specification, the requirements of the assignmentwithout any specific proposals, data and circumstances, - the participant proposed a period of execution longer than the one specified by the contracting authority, - the participant proposed a period of validity of its offer less than that specified by the contracting authority, - a tenderer whose bid exceeds the estimated value of the procedure, as well as the individual maximum unit values, and / or has arithmetic / arithmetic errors will be removed.

Means of proof of reliability are in accordance with Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act. Using the capacity of third parties is in accordance with Art. 65 of the Public Procurement Act. Terms and method of payment - Payment method for lot 1.

A one-off payment, according to the contractor's price proposal, according to the actually performed activities up to 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the contract in up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after submission of ereport on the performed activities within 5 (five) working days after the date of completion of the events and signing of the two-sided acceptance and delivery protocol for the performed activities for the implementation of the contract - organization of the XVI National School Competition "Disaster Protection, Fire and Emergency Situations "- 2018 in the town of Stara Zagora and organization of XIX Republican competitionsof the youth fire brigade "Young Firefighter" - 2018 in the Albena resort, Dobrich district, as well as the presentation of the original invoice (s) approved by the contracting authority

The invoice should be in accordance with the Law on Tax on added value

Payment method for Lot # 2.

A one-off payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the contract value payable by30 (thirty) calendar days from the signing of the final acceptance and delivery protocol on the template of the contracting authority and an original invoice issued in advance approved by the contracting authority. The Assignor does not require a performance guarantee.

Important: Lot 2 is reserved on the grounds of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and may participate in it, provided that at least 30 per 100 of the list of its members-is from people with disabilities or disadvantaged people
