Changing Escalators in the Bucur Obor Passage, 6 pieces

The escalators are to be used for safe access to the citizens in the Bucur Obor Passageway, in the 2nd sector of Bucharest, in the administration of the Public Domain Administration 2 ..

Main Site: Pedestrian passage Bucur Obor, sector 2.

The stairs runwill not be used for safe access to citizens in the Bucur Obor Pedestrian Passage, Sector 2 of Bucharest, under the administration of the Public Sector Sector 2 Administration. For the acquisition of the 6 escalators, a supply contract will be concluded with assembly included for "The replacement of escalators in the Bucur Obor passage, 6 pieces".current act will exclude at any time the award procedure any economic operator who is in one of the situations provided in art. 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. The exclusion reasons will also apply to associations / subcontractors / third-party supporters, as appropriate. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: Will be presented-DUAE has also filled in the declaration on its own responsibility regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016, by all the economic operators participating in the award procedure, (tenderers, associate tenderers, subcontractors, third parties, as the case may be) with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the accomplishment of the assumed onesthe DUAE will only be presented at the request of the contracting authority to the first ranked bidder after applying the award criterion.

These documents may be:

1) Finding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of the transferntarii. The economic operator shall not be excluded from the award procedure when the amount of taxes, duties and contributions to the consolidated general government due and payable meets one of the following conditions: (a) is less than RON 10, 000; the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that opseconomic decision-maker or those having the power to represent, decide or control within him, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit by the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement;) Other editing documents, as the case may be

Note 1: In the case of bidders who are foreign legal persons, equivalent certificates will be presented to certify that they do not register overdue tax liabilities under the conditions of the incidence law in the country of residence, at the momentNote 2: According to art. 168 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept as sufficient and relevant, in order to prove that the bidder does not fall into one of the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167, any document considered to be edifying from this point of view in the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer is establishedsuch as certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of the country concerned. Note 3: If documents in the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer / candidate is established are not issued documents of the nature of above or the documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority acceptsa declaration on his / her own responsibility or, if there is no legal provision in his / her own country regarding the declaration on his / her own responsibility, an authenticated statement in front of a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence to do so.
