Innovation in Chemistry.
This offer deals with a contract for the implementation of the "Innovation in Chemistry" initiative under the new Joint Chemicals Initiative in the period 2018-2021 in cooperation with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency . According to the agreement, innovation efforts must build on the substitution partnership Kemi i Kredsl0b and will support companies' innovation to replace unwanted chemistry in production and products with better alternatives.

The task may include support for specific substitution projects, including. assist in preparing application for grants as well as information and networking, analysis of alternatives, development of tools and other activities that supportSubstitution of harmful chemical substances. The task can be carried out as a partnership that carries out these tasks in a joint way, but the Environment Agency also receives offers describing other ways to promote the replacement of harmful substances in products and processes.
The description of the Environmental Agency's expectations for the goals for future action is described in requirement specificationn (Annex A).
The Environment Agency has chosen to carry out the tender as a reverse tender where the price is negotiated and the offerers compete instead with the actual content of what they can offer for the stipulated price. The contract price is stated in this notice and additional information about the contract amount can be found in section 7 of the requirements specification (Annex A).Assume that an option is attached to the offer. The value of the option is included in the total contract amount, which constitutes the overall framework for the reverse tender. The items offered as an option will also be included in the evaluation.
