Lot 1: the mission should last 1 year and concerns the study and optimization of discharge points within the framework of self-monitoring ofsanitation. The study has 4 phases:

The mission should last 1 year and concerns the study and optimization of discharge points as part of the self-monitoring of sewerage networks. The study has 4 phases:

- phase 1: initial diagnosis of the 54 discharge points,

- phase 2: hydraulic modeling,

- phase 3: definition of the technical prescriptions for the installation of the metrology on the 54 rejection points,

- phase 4: validation and verification of the measurement points after work.
