The subject matter of the service is the provision of a system for the comprehensive provision of environmental information for the identification of natural and semi-natural areas. Ensure open access to interpreted data for USES local document creation needs.

1. The subject matter of the service is the provision of a system for the comprehensive provision of environmental information for the identification of natural and semi-natural areas. Secure open ataccess to interpreted data for the purposes of creating USES documents at the local level (hereinafter referred to as the system or subject matter only).

2. Ensure open access to identified semi-natural and natural areas with parameters such as eco-friendly features and the provision of environmental services for the USES local document creation process.

3. The aim is to produce basic information fore landscape-ecological planning, including the creation of USES documents based on the services and data of the European Copernicus Environmental Monitoring and Safety Program, in particular through the Sentinel Earth Exploration Survey 1 5. Land cover / land use monitoring LC / LU) through Corine Land Cover (CLC) and High Resolution Layers (HRL)DATA SHEET. For the local level of USES creation, verification, refinement and updating of the SKS data is needed. For the purposes of USES, this is possible and desirable through the technology outlined in section B. of the supporting documents. The comprehensive environmental functionality system consists of several interconnected components that create a platform for depository, operational, analyticaland the interpretive environment of overweight on the existing public procurement infrastructure. Compliance with the conditions of participation may be proved by a Single European Document pursuant to Section 39 of the FTA, where the applicant shall submit documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation to the public contracting authority pursuant to Section 55 par. 1 ZVO in time and manner to public purchasers.

This public contest may be involvedonly the person who fulfills the conditions concerning the participation in the personal position defined in the provision of - 32 para. 1 ZVO.

2. The method of proving the fulfillment of the conditions under - 32 para. 1 ZVO:

2.1 Applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions of participation by his / her enrollment in the List of Economic Entities maintained by Urad for Public Procurement (hereafter ZHS) in accordance with - 152 of the FTA.enrolled in the HS according to - 152 of the FTA shall prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation of the personal status by documents in compliance with - 32 para. 2 ZVO.

3. If the applicant or interested person has a place, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and his institution, place of business or usual residence does not issue some of the documents listed in points 2.2 and 2.3 above or does not issue equivalent documents, but to replace them with a statutory declaration in accordance with the regulations in force in the State of his institution, place of business or habitual residence. If the law of the applicant or interested in a residence, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not governed by an institute of honest declaration, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a barrel, a regular body, a notary, another professional institution, ora commercial institution in accordance with the rules in force in the State of establishment, place of business or habitual residence of the applicant or applicant. The contracting authority is not entitled to use data from public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation and thus the applicant (if it is not registered in the AEO or if the documents are temporarily not replaced by the submission of the JED).and personal position of the public procurer in the offer all documents under - 32 para. 2 ZVO.

6. Details on the conditions of participation and the demonstration of personal status are set out in Section 32 of the FTA. The public procurer will be in communication with bidders, respectively. interested persons, proceed in accordance with - 20 of the FTA by means of the electronic tool eZakazky on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. This way of communicationrefers to any communication and filing between the contracting authority and the bidders, respectively. interested parties during the entire procurement process. The communication will be in Slovak language. Further information regarding the method of communication is given in the supporting documents. 3rd The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 100 000, - EUR (to be stotisic euro) in order to secure the offer. Details for the composition of the security are given in paragraphs 8.6 and 16 of Part A in particular. Guidelines for tenderers. An inspection of the place of delivery of the contract is not necessary.
