Assistance to the project owner - overhaul of the inter-ozonation unit of Unit 1 of the Mery-sur-Oise plant

SEDIF initiates this consultation as part of the overhaul of the inter-ozonation unit of Unit 1 of the Mery-sur-Oise plant. Sheit concerns the project management assistance set up for the operation and is carried out according to the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. In view of the particular difficulties of this operation, the Ile-de-France Water Union plans to resort to a design-realization procedure for the attribution of studies and work to redesign the ozonation stage. PaTherefore, the object of the present contract is based on a global mission of assistance to project management, from the phases of studies, until the reception of the works resulting from a procedure of design-realization. The market also includes the follow-up of the guarantee period of perfect completion.

The object of this market is based on a global mission of assistance to-project management, from the study phases, until the reception of the works resulting from a procedure of conception-realization. The market also includes the monitoring of the guarantee period of perfect completion. The work program concerns the overhaul of the inter-ozonation unit of Unit 1 at the Mery-sur-Oise plant and concerns:

- the renovation of hydraulic equipment in vetor obsoletes,

- the establishment of equipment better adapted to the new needs and less energetic,

- the optimization of the operation of the unit and in particular the improvement of the performance of the tanks of contact,

- the renovation of the civil engineering of the different works: diffusion tanks and rooms,

- the adaptation of the electrical installation to the new equipment.

The present consultation is carried out according to a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition in accordance with articles 26 and 74 of the 2016-360 decree.
