Vaasan Saehkoe has fledged its new system architecture and is looking for a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) system solution to support the entire financial and sourcing process.

I am not looking for a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) system idea to support the entire financial and sourcing process. Many of those systems and systems are outdated and do not adequately support processes and outreach. Aboutand systems migrate automatically through integrations, or file transfers are done manually. The Group purchases approximately 100 personnee, most of which is made by sawmill or telephone. For the sawmill network, most of the purchases are made through work control systems at Headpower.

JaerThe system need is in the basic functionalities of escape accounting, tear-off assets, sales invoice presentation, accounts payable, internal accounting, procurement and project accounting. In addition, Vaasan Saehkoe hopes to have a solution for Group Consolidation and Reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting processes.. The subject of the acquisition, the candidate`s factory job, responsibilities, and the terms of the contract shall be negotiated with the candidates.In its final form, Maea will specify the negotiation phase in the call for tender to be sent to the candidates. As a basis for overall economic affordability, according to the Procurement Law for Specialty Sectors, the best value for money option is offered.The purpose of the negotiated procedure is to loeytaee the best solution for the Vaeha Saehkoe Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and to implement it and to negotiate the terms of the contract. As a result, candidates will be required to provide Vaasan Saehkoe with their initial proposals for participation in the application, which may lead to further negotiations. Competitive Negotiationa roadmap for progress is announced in the initial invitation to negotiate (Annex 1). The indicative timetable mentioned below will be purposeful and subject to change at the discretion of Vaeha Saehkoe during the tendering process.aehkoe cannot obtain the results of the hyoedyntaeae procurement procedure, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the acquisition at any stage of the procurement procedure or to discontinue the procurement letter, if the successful tenderer is not able to agree on the terms of the contract. The Maintenance Agreement is valid until further noticesex, and the agreement will enter into force when the disavowal project is in good faith. The contract will not be concluded until both parties have signed the agreement. The tenderer is not entitleddo not qualify for compensation, even if the purchase is canceled or interrupted.
