Construction of communication towers (Region III).

Object of procurement: Construction work of communication towers in the Republic of Lithuania. The features of the procurement object are set out in the technical specification set forth in Annex 4 to the Terms of Purchase. Estimated (preliminary) number of planned to build communication towers 60 units. and this quantity can be packedseat (possible error) not more than 60%. The indication of the indicative (provisional) quantity may only be influenced by the circumstances beyond the control of the supplier, i.e. y the change in quantity will depend on the volume of orders placed by the contracting authority. The contracting authority plans to place orders at least 60%. the specified reference tonnage not later than 12 months after the purchasethe date of entry into force of this Agreement. The scope of the orders and the deadlines for submission during the execution of this purchase are not clear, as they are dependent on other purchases by the contracting authority (for the installation of infrastructure connection towers).

The object of the procurement is the construction work of communication towers in the Republic of Lithuania. Supplier (also all members of the supplier group, if offeredecu group) and operators whose capacity is based on suppliers must meet the requirements for the absence of grounds for exclusion. The supplier must submit a signed European General Procurement Document (EBTP) in the tender.

Purchase for a separate part of the procurement is not deductible. The offer is for the entire scope of the purchase. Justification of the part of the non-exclusion of the purchase: the purchase without splitting into part nreduced competition between suppliers; dividing a purchase into parts is not relevant due to the specifics of the object of the purchase; splitting the procurement into parts, the contracting authority would render the execution of the contracts impossible from a technical point of view (the works specified in the technical specification of the purchase are interrelated, the work performed by several different suppliers would make the contracting authority more difficult than the contractual obligationthe execution of work, the lack of practical coordination of work), there is a high risk that the work will take longer and will not be successful or the purchase result will not be achieved at all.
