Assistance in the field of field security within the Cadarache Fuel Manufacturing Complex (CFCA)

Assistance in the field of security CFCa, INB 32 and 54, on behalf of UADC / SIAD de Cadarache. The holder will have to insure for each of the 2 installations;a daily management mission of the interventions; a mission to supervise the safety of the installations.

Field safety assistance services within the Cadarache Fuel Manufacturing Complex (CFCa), the Basic Nuclear Installations (BNI) 32 and 54, on behalf of UADC / SIAD of CEA Cadarache.

The incumbent must ensure for each of thetwo installations:

- a mission of daily management of the interventions,

- a mission of supervision of the security on the installations.

The services related to the safety of ground in the INB 32 and 54 are declined in three main parts:

- pre-intervention actions: reception, work permits ...

- actions to be carried out during interventions: co-activity, monitoringconstruction work ...

- documentary aspects.

The services are broken down as follows:

- an operational phase (9 months) which can be extended for a period of 1 month renewable twice (12 months in total) in case option 1, 2 and 3,

- a 1-month reversibility phase in parallel with the end of the operational phase, option 4.

The candidates are not required to provide the supporting documents and evidence which they have already sent to the CEA purchase unit which the purchaser relies on in a previous consultation and which remain valid.is a level classified market within the meaning of the Decree of 30.11.2011 approving the Interministerial General Instruction No 1300 on the Protection of the Secrecy of National Defense.
