Detailed studies of works on the 200 kV SACOI line in Corsica

The 200 kV tri-terminal link DC SACOI connects Tuscany to Sardinia via Corsica from north to south. It belongs to the manager of the Italian transport network, Terna. This link is composed of 3 HVDC conversion stations: 2 belonging to Terna in Sardinia and Tuscany and a 3 apartfrom EDF, to Lucciana in Corsica.

Main site: Corsica: Bastia to Bonifacio.

The services associated with this SACOI 200 kV airline in Corsica are to study / realize:

- the replacement of the integrity of the conductive cables and guard wire,

- sizing 20 to 30 lattice supports (estimate), to replace on new foundations,

- reinforcing 30 to 40 lattice supports (e)stimulation),

- adaptations of supports (standardization of cable locks in particular),

- update of the PLS CADD model of the book at the greet of the studies,

- the mechanical, geometric and complete electrical verification of the in the future, in order to ensure its adequacy to the sizing rules laid down in the specifications of the service,

- studies of deforestation,

- des modified media plans, line plans (long profiles, technical itinerary plan, picket log, 1/10 000 plan, parcel plans),

- putting all the aforementioned plans in a digital format.

These services also include on-site missions to:

- perform sampling on about 10% of the media,

- to make visits mounted on a dozene) lattice supports (estimation),

- to establish scenarios of realization of the planned works (necessary adaptations, use of special means, etc.),

- to establish quantitative of precise materials for the future orders necessary to the realization of the work,

- to realize services of conventionnement in the places where the nature of the work to achieve will require it.

1) The candidatemust provide a declaration of honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order in particular that it fulfills the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code. This declaration is to be produced by the candidatess and by each of the members of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present;

2) The applicant must submit an extract from the relevant register such as a K-bis extract of less than 3 month, or, failing that, an equivalent document identifying the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and each member of a group(3) If the candidate is in receivership, he must produce a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify that he is entitled to continue his activities during the period of execution of the contract. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and the concerned members of a candidate group;

4) The candidate must provide the certificates issued by thecompetent authorities and bodies proving that it has fulfilled its fiscal and social obligations. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

1) The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability. If, given the date ofcreation of his company, the candidate does not have all the information, give equivalent proofs;

2) The candidate must specify his turnover excluding overall tax of his last 3 financial balance sheets as well as his turnover in% with EDF of the global turnover:

- overall annual turnover in 2016,

- overall annual turnover in 2017,

- chifannual global turnover in 2018,

- annual turnover (in%) achieved with EDF in 2018;

3) The applicant must specify the average annual number of the company from 2016 to 2018;

4) The candidate must provide a breakdown of the company`s shareholding.
