The Federal Roads Office (FEDRO) is responsible for construction, operation and maintenance national roads. The project consists of sanitation measures on the local road network of the west and east Schwarzwald bridge. From plus, noise protection measures (e.g. noise barriers) must be implemented. The subject of the mandate put in tender are the services of planning and local management of works in the fields of structures and traces. The phases concerned extend from the intervention project / detail project to the commissioning, completion. A detailed description oftasks can be found in the tender documents.

Main Site: The services directly linked to the project (eg sessions with the Contracting Authority) take place at the Contracting Authority (OFROU, subsidiary of Zofingue) . Services not directly linked to the place of production (such as the production of plans or reports) are to be provided at the seat of the representative.

Full supporting documents / certificates must be submitted with the tender dossier (predefined), failing which this will not be possible.We cannot be taken into consideration: CA1: technical aptitude. For the tenderer: a reference project already carried out of comparable complexity in the same specialized field, which fulfills all of the following requirements: remediation measures on a bridge of a high-speed road (separate directions and at least two lanes by traffic direction) in an urban area with a volume of investimate of at least 1, 000, 000 CHF excluding tax, the phases of which, according to LRN / ORN or equivalent study phases, have been completed. If the proof for the required phases cannot be brought with a project, a second project can be put forward.

CA2: economic / financial aptitudeorganizational aptitude. For the tenderer: the tenderer`s turnover must correspondre more than double the annual market value. CA3: aptitude of the project manager and local works management. CA3.1: qualification of the project manager. For the project manager: a reference project already carried out as part of the same or an alternate function of comparable complexity in the same specialized field, which fulfills all of the following requirements:sanitation on a bridge of a high-speed road (separate directions and at least two lanes per direction of traffic) in urban areas with an investment volume of at least 1, 000, 000 CHF excluding tax, the phase according to LRN / ORN or an equivalent study phase has been completed. The deadline for the submission of a tender is extended by twelve days for all tenderers (deadline for the submission of tenders for all tenderers: 26.5.2020).On the basis of these measures, Schmidt Partner Bauingenieure AG is allowed to participate in the procedure as tenderers (Art. 21a OMP). D, AMP, the adjudicator reserves the right to assign new similar mandates linked to this basic contract according to the Greece-to-Greece procedure. The document defines the donecessary instruments and their structures in order to submit a complete and valid offer.
