Call for applications for the assignment of Engineer in Technical Engineering as part of the realization of a sports complexif, aquatic center and velodrome in Mondorf-les-Bains.

Call for applications for the mission of Engineer in Technical Engineering in the framework of the realization of a sports complex, aquatic center and velodrome in Mondorf-les-Bains.

The participation in the present call for application, respectively competitive procedure with negotiation, is reserved to the persons, who has the date of submission of the foldercandidate, are authorized to practice the profession of consulting engineer (law of 19.12.1989 organizing the professions of architect and consulting engineer) in their country of origin. Any candidate will produce a certificate of registration to the order of the architects and engineering consultants of Luxembourg, before any conclusion of the contract. The procedure is open to any candidate wishingsubmit an application, alone or in a group. The contracting authority envisages the selection of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) candidates for the services related to the present mission of the Engineer in technical engineering, in application of article 74 of the law of 8.4 .2018 on the public markets, with which the contracting authority will start the negotiations.

The turnoverannual area of the last 3 financial years (2015, 2016 and 2017) will be: 3, 000, 000, at least for each financial year. The candidate will have a minimum of 30 employees on average during the last 3 years (2016, 2017 and 2018). Trainees will not be counted. A swimming pool / aquatic center project with a swimming pool presenting the dimensions of a semi-Olympic pool. A project of batwhose costs attributable to the engineer in engineering are greater than 15 000 000 HTVA. A building project whose construction costs are over 35 000 000 HTVA. An electronic remittance of the files. under paine of exclusions, is obligatory. The use of the public markets website (www.pmp.lu) is required for this purpose and exclusively.
