RER B - Renewal of Rolling Stock by New Generation Interconnected Equipment (MING) - Mission Qualified Accredited Organization (OQA) and of Independent Evaluation Body

RER B Master Plan-South anticipates, by 2025-2030, the introduction of new rolling stock replacing existing equipment. This project falls within the framework of the state-plan contract Ile-de-France Region 2015-2020. It includes in particular the adaptation of the infrastructures of line B and the acquisition of MING (Interconnected Equipment new generation)

The framework agreement eIt shall be broken down into nine installments as follows: - a firm installment comprising the evaluation of: - the preliminary safety file and the safety file concerning the STPG (public transport system guide) subsystems other than rolling stock; and the transition subsystem,

- the hardware security design file and the hardware security file,

- the identifier.n changes to the transition subsystem,

- 8 optional slices including the evaluation of:

- a note on the identification procedure of the modifications on the transition subsystem (optional slice n 1),

- the cross-risk analysis file and the cross-risk file cross-check, and any modifying or additional files (optional tranche n 2),

--the safety documentation supporting the safety demonstration of the RFN subsystems (other than rolling stock and transitional subsystem) significantly modified - Regulation (EU) No 402/2013 (optional installment 3),

- the preliminary security file and the security file on the GTS modifying or complementary (optional slice n 4),

- of the folderthe rolling and rolling stock safety concept of the rolling stock, in particular the integration of NExTEO aboard the MING (optional slot 5),

- the harvesting file (optional installment n 6),

- the test authorization file on the STPG network (optional slice n 7),

- any other file, demonstration of securite or study that will be required by the application of the regulations and its evolution during the duration of the project (optional slice n 8). This tranche will be subject to a minimum order of 0 EUR and a maximum of 100 000 EUR HT.

Applicant companies must provide the elements contained in the print DC1 (letter of application and authorization of the agent by his co-contractors) and DC2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping) (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France).
