Διακήρυξη, για τη σthe implementation of a Framework Agreement for the provision of support services, within the framework of the responsibilities of the East Attica Project Directorate, within the scope of the EYDAP. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide supportive technical, administrative and other services within the framework of the responsibilities of the East Attica Project Directorate, -to which the contractor will undertake with the minimum project team whose members will work directly with the executives of the East Attica Project Directorate and will support the work program to be determined by them. the provision of supportive techniques, administrative services and other services, within the remit of Interproject management of Eastern Attica, in which the contractor will proceed with the minimum project team whose members will work directly with the executives of the East Attica Project Directorate and will support the work program to be determined by them., involved in the process of concluding this Framework Agreement, are required to engage in commercial or industrial activitiestraditional or craft activity, relevant to the subject matter of the service. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to 4412/2016. In-in the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the relevant professional or-commercial registers. Businesses established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Crafts, Industry or Industry. In the case of an association of economic operators, the above requirement should be covered by all the parties to the association.

In terms of economic and financial sufficiency, for the current framework agreement process, (1) total turnover of the three (3) last financial years, at least equal to the annual budget of the framework agreement; (2) insurance against occupational risk or otherwise, liability of general civil liability, from amounting to at least EUR 1 000 000 per event, and up to a maximum of: 3) sound cooperation with a bank.The above minimum requirements are aggregated by all the members of the association
