The purpose of the project marche is the realization of a project management mission concerning the redevelopment and landscaping of the beach and adjoining public spaces as part of the EAT projectGrande Anse.
Main Site: Grande Anse Les Anses-d'Arlet.
The object of the market is the realization of a project management mission on the redevelopment and landscaping of the beach and adjoining public spaces within the framework of the Grande Anse EAT project.
- a letter of application (DC1 or equivalent) containing all the indications to identify the candidate or-all the members of the grouping in case of response in grouping.
The letter of application does not have to be signed by the representative of the candidate, and if necessary by each member of the grouping. However, in the case of a grouping, the representative will have to provide, if the group is designated, a document of authorization signed by the other members of the grouping and precisan.t the conditions of this authorization, - a declaration on the honor (cf Model attached) certifying that it is not subject to one of the bidding prohibitions as defined in Articles 45 and 48 of the 23.7.2015 and that it is in compliance with Articles L. 1512-1 to L. 1512-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. The delivery of a DC1 orof a DUME will be worth surrender a declaration on the honor,
- the candidate in receivership will have to produce copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose,
- a document relating to the powers of the person authorized to engage the candidate,
- the declaration of the candidate,
- the certificate of insurance professional civil liability.
If, to justify his abilities, the candidate wishesto make the professional, technical and financial capacities of any other stakeholder (subcontractor in particular) prevail, he will have to produce the documents relating to this speaker referred to in 2 to 5; above. It must also prove that it will have the capabilities of this stakeholder for the execution of the market.

- the presentation of the company,
- the presentation of the missions carried out by the candidate and the amount of the operations,
- the presentation and assignment of speakers dedicated to the project,
- presentation of the means implemented and methodology proposed for the progress of each stage of the mission-and in particular concerning the project management and reporting to the client,
- descriptive sheets by operational phase (objective of the phase, expectations of the client, returned to the client).

The candidates must provide documents written in French or be accompanied by a translation into French.
A Single European Market Document (DUME), drafted in French, may be submitted by the applicant, each co-contractor and each subcontractor in place of:
- the declaration onthe honor certifying that it is not subject to one of the bidding prohibitions as defined in Articles 45 and 48 of the Ordinance of 23.7.2015,
- documents and information requested by the contracting authority for the purposes of the ability to carry out the professional activity, the economic and financial capacity and the technical and professionalndidat.
- the presentation of a list of the principal operations carried out during the last 3 indicating the amount, the date and the public or private recipient,
- the declaration concerning the total turnover realized during the last 3 fiscal years
The applicant will be able to prove its financial capacity by any other document considered as equivalent by the contracting authority ifis objectively unable to produce any of the information requested in respect of its financial capacity.
The candidate to whom it is intended to award the contract will produce within 11 days from the request of the contracting authority:
documents referred to in Article 51 of the Decree, namely: - the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies,
- the documents provided for in Articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 and D. 8254.2 to D. 8254-5 of the Labor Code,
- an extract from the relevant register, such as a extract K, an excerpt Kbis, an excerpt D1 or an equivalent document,
- a certificate attesting to the lawfulness of the employer's situation with regard to the obligation of employment of disabled workers, issued by the association de gestthe development fund for the professional integration of the handicapped,
- the judgment of judicial recovery where applicable.
