The subject of the contract is the preparation of the project scope and documentation for the grounding of the construction according to the terms of the contract, issue of land ro(ZP) and documentation for the grounding of the construction (DUR) of the building according to the conditions of the contract, ensuring the complete documentation for the ground management, including the filing of the application for the issue grounded decision and co-operation in the issuance of relevant decisions until they have acquired their legal authority. Dokumenfor the ground control will be processed in accordance with the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of constructions, in the wording of later regulations, and with the Directive of DG SŽDC No. 11/2006 "Documentation for the preparation of structures for all- and regional railways" in accordance with the valid regulations and technical standards and in accordance with the Technical Qualitative Conditions of the State Railways.-between Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., in the wording of later regulations, and Directive No. 11/2006, the provisions of the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., in the wording of the later regulations, shall apply.
