The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation (including the execution of an investment cost estimate) for the construction of PE100 RC SDR 17 dn160 and 90 / SDR 11 dn63PE gas pipelines in the following cities: Udorpie, Ugoszcz (bytowski poviat), woj. Pomeranian, in the following areas:

a) PE100 RC SDR 17 dn160 gas pipeline, L = approx. 4, 680.00 m;

b) PE100 RC SDR gas pipeline 17 dn90, L = approx. 1 100.00 m;

c) PE100 RC SDR 11 dn63 gas pipeline, L = approx. 1 820.00 m

and supervising the authoring.

The ordering party does not specify this condition.

The contractor will fulfill the condition if it proves that:

- has a liability insurance in the scope of business related activitiese. with the subject of the order amounting to at least PLN 80, 000.00 (eighty thousand zlotys).

In order to confirm that the Contractor meets the conditions of participation in the proceedings regarding the economic or financial situation, the Ordering Party requests the following documents: - insurance policy or other document confirming, that the Contractor is insured against civil liabilitythe scope of the activity related to the subject of the order worth PLN 80, 000.00 (eighty thousand zlotys).

1. The Contracting Authority informs that it will conduct proceedings in accordance with art. 24 aa of the Act, which means that the Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditionsparticipation in the proceedings. If the contractor evades the conclusion of the contract or fails to provide the required performance bond, the Ordering Party will investigate whether it is not subject to exclusion and whether the contractor who submitted the tender highest rated in the remaining offers meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Contractor within 3 days from the date of posting on the website inforation referred to in Article 86 par. 5 uPzp, will provide the orderer with a statement on belonging to or not belonging to the same capital group, referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Public Procurement Law Along with the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure, the model statement wasand Annex to the ToR.

3. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion can apply for the contract awarding. Art. 24 sec. 1 PPL (with the exception of Article 24 (1) (13) (d) of the PPL, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of an offense listed in Article 24 (1) (13) (d) of the PPL) and on the basis of art . 25 para. 5 points 1), 5), 6), 7), 8) Pzp, subject to art. 24 sec.7-10 Pzp.
