"CEZ Distribution Bulgaria" AD conducts an open procedure with the subject "Preparation of complete project documentation for joining a newand Users, Reconstruction, Renovation and Construction of New Transformers, Cable and Air Lines of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) on the territory of the city of Sofia and the Sofia region ", Ref .: РРS 19-071. Lot 1 comprises the territory and will be implemented in the following areas of Sofia Municipality: Mladost, Iskar, Pancharevo, Izgrev, Sredets, Samokov (Jarema and• Preparation of a complete project documentation for joining new users, reconstruction, renewal and construction of new transformer stations, cable and air lines MV and LV on the territory of the city of Sofia - TPC "Iztok". The main types of activities and approximate quantities, including, but not limited to, are: - Emp. projects in scope part "Electrical", part "Constructions"part "Architectural" 3 for the construction of a new transformer substation 1х800kVA and 3 for the construction of a new 2х800kVA transformer substation - Projects projects part "Electrical": Reconstruction of part MV and LV with replacement / installation of a power transformer of existing power line-9, cable line MV-6600 m-route, air line LH-750 m-route, air line MV with AC conductors for one triple-100 m-air line MV with AC lines for two threes of one pole line-100 m-route, air line MV with UIP-100 m-route, LV cable line in pipeline network - 13000 m-route, LV cable line in free excavation-1800 m-track, Electrometer board / for the whole assigned project / -10 pc. - Detailed design part "Constructive" for reconstruction of an existing transformer station - 10; -Rab. Projects "Geodesic" Part: ТрAssyration plan - 22400 m. - track, Vertical planning - 10; -Rab. Project "Construction waste management plan" - 150 pieces - Project "Safety and health plan" -150; -Rab. Project "Fire Safety" Part -150; -Rab. Project "Traffic organization and safety" and "Rehabilitation of road and pavement pavements" -150; - Project "PUP plot plan"approval and validation-3; -Suggestion of the project, all parts with the appropriate instances for issuance of a building permit - 150; -Procedure of real rights in connection with the establishment of a right to build, the right to pass or pass administrative-organizational activities related to obtaining the right to pass, passing and the right to build-150; -Procedure Issuenot a building permit - 150; -Execution of executive drawings for all parts-150 permissions -Operation of author`s supervision-150 permissions, etc.

The execution of the contract will be made depending on the technical willingness of the assignor to award the performance. For the assignment of the specific types of works, the contracting authority draws up the contract award document (s)at least the following information: the design object and the specific types and quantities of activities from the quantity / value account, the sub-projects (if any), the deadline for the execution of the assigned activities, coordination and issuance of the building permit (if is required), the price on the basis of unit prices, etc. - Acceptance of the work performed on each document for assignment of completedwhich shall be done by an acceptance protocol signed by both parties in the contract, in the manner and in the manner described in the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority the project, coordinated with the relevant authorities and issued building permit, which entered into force when required by the applicable legislation and assigned by the Contracting Authority. The fees for coordination with the relevant authorities areshall be paid by the contractor to the contractor within thirty days of submission of the relevant document issued in the name of the contracting entity

Continued from section III.1.6) "Required deposits and guarantees":

- bank guarantee (original) - irrevocable, unconditional, issued by a bank in favor of the assignor "CEZ Distribution Bulgaria" AD, with absorption conditions coinciding with those of the samplein the documentation and with a period of validity of at least 39 (thirty-nine months) from the date of issue. The date of issue may not precede the date of the contracting entity`s invitation to the selected contractor for the award of the public procurement contract, or

- insurance covering performance by covering the contractor`s liability and meeting the required documentationWhen the performance guarantee is in the form of a cash payment or a bank guarantee, it may be provided on behalf of the contractor on behalf of a third party guarantor.

The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. When the selected contractor is an entity that is not a legal entity, each of its members may be the originator of the bank guarantee, repayment of the amount of the guarantee or the policy holder.

The terms and conditions for the retention or release of the performance guarantee are set out in the contract for public procurement.
