Detailed description of the scope of the subject of the order is included in the description of the order s subjecttankers: Annex No. 20 (Part I) to the Terms of Reference and the Price Form constituting Annex 9 (Part I) - Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning the financial or economic situation, ie have liability insurance, may apply for the award of the contract. civilian in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the order in the amount ofnimum PLN 75, 000.00 - Applies to part I, II, IV, V. orders. • The ordering party will call the Contractor whose bid has been best assessed before submitting the order, to submit within the prescribed, not shorter than 10 days, the valid day as of the day of submitting the document confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of activities related to the subjectorders for a guarantee sum of at least PLN 75, 000.00, i.e. for Part I, II, IV, V orders

1. In the procedure for ordering communication between the Employer and Contractors, in particular submitting statements, applications, notifications and transfer of information takes place electronically via a dedicated form available on ePUAP and made available by miniPortal (Form for communication). In all correspondence related to the present proceedings, the Employer and Contractors use the number of the advertisement (TED or ID of the proceeding).

2. Electronic documents, statements or electronic copies of documents or statements are submitted by the Contractor via the Form for communication as attachments. The method of preparing electronic documentsstatements, or electronic copies of documents or statements must be in agreement with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 27.6.2017 on the use of electronic communication media in public procurement and the access and storage of electronic documents and the Regulation of the Minister of on 26.7.2016 inon the types of documents that the contracting authority may request from the contractor in the procedure for dividing the order.

3. Technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements and information provided using them are described in the Regulations for the use of miniPortal and the ePUAP Regulations.

4. The maximum size of plsent via dedicated forms for: submission, modification, withdrawal of the offer and for communication is 150 MB.

5. The date of submission of the offer, notifications, electronic documents, statements or electronic copies of documents or statements and other information shall be the date of their transmission to ePUAP.

6. The identifier of the proceedings and the public key for the proceedingsfor the order is available on the list of all proceedings on the miniPortal.

7. The Contractor has the right to ask the Employer to clarify the content of the ToR. The Employer will respond promptly, but not later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the request for clarification of the Terms of Reference has been received by the Contracting Authority no later than by the end of the day on whichhalf of the set deadline for submitting bids, with the reservation that the extension of the deadline for submission of bids does not affect the course of the deadline for submitting the request for clarification.

8. If the request to clarify the content of the SIWZ will be received after the deadline for submitting the application or applies to the explanations provided, the Employer may provide clarifications or leave the application without consideration.

9. In the event of a divergencebetween the content of this ToR and the content of the replies given, the content of the letter containing the subsequent statement of the Employer should be accepted as binding.

10. In justified cases, the Ordering Party may, before the deadline for submission of tenders, change the content of these ToR. Any such modification becomes binding with the moment of its introduction. The orderer will post any changes on the websitewebsite.

11. The person authorized to communicate with the Contractors is Ms. Marta Jakubowska.

12. The Employer does not allow communication with the Contractors via the telephone.

Each Contractor must attach to the offer a statement in the form of a Uniform European Order Document (hereinafter referred to as "single document") - template - attachment No. 2 toSIWZ.

Information contained in a single document will constitute preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in Chapter XI of these SETC.

The Single European Order Document should contain, among others, information - the contractor's statement that there are no grounds (exclusion) for exclusion;
