1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new cleaner with a tractor unit and plow in the payment system sale price by the Purchaser divided into parts (installments) in accordance with the conditionspayments specified in the content of the contract template attached to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new cleaner with a tractor and plow in the payment system of the sales price by the Employer divided into parts (installments) in accordance with the payment terms specified in the content of the contract template constituting the attachment to the ToR.

2. Machine / vehicle requirements:

1) a brand new model currently manufactured by the manufacturer;

2) meeting the technical requirements set out in the provisions in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the technical conditions arising from the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law (text uniform: Journal of Laws 2018.1990, i.e. from 17.10.2018) and implementing regulations to this Act;

3) nolive, technically sound.

4. The contractor will be obliged to attach to the car a set of documents: vehicle card, warranty card, user manual in Polish and all other vehicle documents required by law (in particular: excerpt from the vehicle approval certificate, drawn up in Polish, document confirming compliance with the exhaust emission standard) .

5. A detailed description of the subjectorder for the cleaner with a plow and a tractor unit are specified in Annexes 1 to the ToR.

6. The Purchaser reserves that wherever the content of the ToR regarding the description of the subject of the order, the trademarks, patents or origin have been indicated, the Purchaser allows methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. equivalent to the order described in the description of the subjectpose. This means that the Employer allows any equivalent market equivalents proposed by the Contractor with properties not worse than those indicated by the Employer. On the other hand, the parameters of the indicated standard specify the minimum technical, operational, operational, quality and functional conditions to be met by the offered subject of the order. The characters indicated areWarnings, patents, brands or manufacturer names indicating origin only specify the product class, methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. Therefore, the offer may include methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. of other brands and manufacturers, however technical, qualitative and functional and functional parameters corresponding to the methods, matebodies, devices, systems, technologies etc. described in the ToR. The Employer reserves, however, that the methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. offered by the Contractor may not constitute substitutes for the methods described above in relation to the methods, materials, devices, systems, technologies, etc. indicated in the description of the subject of the order, using marks freight, poriginators.

The contractor must show that:

(a) he has civil liability insurance in respect of his business related to the subject of the contract for an amount of at least PLN 2, 000, 000.00 (say: two million zlotys).

Note:

For the purposes of assessing compliance with the above conditions, if values are given in currencies other than the Polish zloty, the Awarding Entity shall adopt an average prices Polish zloty to this currency given by the National Bank of Poland on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. If, on the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, the National Bank of Poland does not publish the average exchange rate of the currency concerned, the basis for the conversion shall be the average exchange rate published on the first day after the date of publicationand contract notices in the Official Journal of the European Union in which it will be published.

Payment terms in accordance with the ToR, including the material terms of the contract.
