The subject of the order is technical equipment supplier for LAN WAN, IT security and telecommunication technology:

Main Site: MV SR and its res. and contribute. organizaand the public authorities pursuant to Section 7 1 letter. (a) the law and their statutes. and contribute. organization on the territory of the Slovak Republic in the self-governing regions, the Social Insurance Company and the NBS.

A brief description of the subject of the order including the nature and quantity of the goods required is given in point II.1.4) of this notice on the proclamation of public procurement. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is given in the tender documentation (EPP / Elektronic(1) The public procurement may be awarded only to those who meet the following conditions for the recognition of personal status pursuant to Section 32 (1) of the Act:

(a) he was neither his or her statutory body nor a member of the Board of Directors the statutory body, neither the member of the supervisory body nor the prosecutor is convicted of the offense of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of Eucriminal offenses of founding, assembling and supporting a criminal group, the criminal act of founding, representing or supporting a terrorist group, the criminal act of terrorism and certain forms of terrorism, the criminal offense of trafficking in human beings, the criminal offense, whose de facto nature is incompatible with the conduct or criminal act of a person(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic, or (b) has no arrears of health insurance, social insurance and contributions for old-age retirement pensions in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence; in the status of the place of business, place of business or usual residence,

1.2 The Applicant proves the fulfillment of the conditions in part by the following documents:

a) letter. a) a documented extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months, b) the file. (b) a certified statement from the Health Insurance Company and the Social Insurance Company no starsh as 3 months,

c) field. c) attested by the local tax authority not later than 3 months; d) Proof of proof of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months; (e) a document proving the right to deliver the goods, to perform construction work or to provide a service which corresponds to the subject of the contract; f) Proof of Honorary Declaration (hereinafter ČV)(1.3) If the applicant, the place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as SR) and the statutes of his place of residence, his place of business or his usual place of residence does not issue any of the above documents or does not issue even equivalent documents, perhaps- 1.4 If the statute of a candidate with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not regulated by the ČV institute, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a judge, a public body, a notary, another professional institution or business institution according to the regulations in force in the statutes, places-business or usual residence of the Applicant.

1.5 The Applicant is considered as fulfilling the condition of part time under 1.1. b) and c) if he has paid arrears or has been allowed to pay arrears in installments.

1.6 In the case of an applicant who is a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions of the individual's personal status is required for eachmember of the group separately.

- 33 par. 1 letter. d) Law on the Dissemination of the adequacy of the use of the specified condition of part-time pursuant to Article 33 of the Act in relation to the subject of the order and the need to include it among the conditions of part time pursuant to Section 38 5 of the Act:

In the request of the contracting authority, the required information is required, which is proportionate to the planned total purchase of the subject of the order and corresponds to the planned annual gianthere for the purchase of the object of the contract from the framework agreement. The need for this requirement stemmed from proof of verification and proof of the applicant's financial soundness, i. whether the applicant is a reliable partner on the financial side. 2. The Contracting Authority / the Client provides free of charge, unlimited, full and direct pby means of electronic means, to the documents necessary for the preparation of the tender and for proof of compliance with the conditions of the subscription at https://eo.eks.sk/ElektronickaTabula/Detail/30

The contracting authority referred to above will not send these documents to the interested parties. 3. Explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the offer and for proof of fulfillment of the conditions of the part, the VO shall immediately notify at least 6 days before the expiry of the deadline for submitting the tenders published on the Electronic Sheet and in the periodof the underlying EKS in the relevant procurement, provided that the request for explanation will be delivered electronically with EKS functionality sufficiently in advance. Security is required at a cost of € 50, 000. The conditions for the composition, release and return of the security are stated in the SP (EPP / Electronic Tables / Tender Documents / Tender Conditions). Loads associated with the part in this public tender are known to beadhere to full bribes without any notice to the public purchaser. The Contracting Authority / Client when awarding this over-limitation order proceeds in accordance with - 20 of the Act

7. Dissemination of not awarding this order to parts: The order is not divided into parts because the subject matter of the order is homogeneous both in functional and time terms, also in terms of technical specifications and typeclose the framework agreement. The complete detachment of the non-distribution of the order on the part is stored on the electronic billboard (EPP / Electronic Bulletin of this Order / Procurement Documents)

8. The facts relating to the procedure for the award of a contract, not covered by the procurement notice and the contract documents, are governed by the relevant provisions of the law. Predmet verejne obit is not a green public procurement, an innovation or a focus on social aspects.
