CPV Description: Installation, installation, commissioning, installation, commissioning, installation, commissioning, installation, installation, commissioning, installation, operation and maintenance of new infrastructure of the Regional Energy Control Center of Crete, .M.H. The object of the present invention concerns the supply, installation, maintenance, operation and technical support of the required equipment, for the upgrading of the KEE. Crete, and in particular:

1) the subject of the present contract concerns the supply, installation, maintenance, operation and technical support of the required equipment for the upgradingthe KEE Crete, and more specifically:

- construction of Data Processing Center - Κ.Ε.Δ. data center,

- construction of UPS / power room, for uninterrupted supply of critical loads,

- space reform for the new HZ,

- modernization of control room, with the main object of construction of projection system for wall displays,

- information systems equipmentthe premises of the Regional Energy Control Center of Crete are based in Heraklion, Crete, in Katsambas (Terma Street, Kastoria 713 07).

Also, the contractor's obligations include:

- provision of services training of the personnel of ADMO, regarding the handling of the new equipment of the project, - provision of a guarantee of good operation of the whole equipment- Providing services of maintenance, technical support and repair of damage to the entire equipment of the project for a period of 60 months

Economic operators are required to carry out activity related to the subject of the project.

In order to examine its suitability for the pursuit of the professional activity, the economic operatorwho is established in a Member State of the European Union, must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in his Member State of establishment. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries that do not fall under the previous case and haveto conclude bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

C.1) They present a positive sum of profits before interest, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA), the 3 terminalsaccording to its published balance sheets.

C.2) The average turnover for the last 3 financial years must be more than one million five hundred thousand euros (€ 1, 500, 000.00) excluding VAT. to be conducted electronically via the cosmoONE electronic contest system on behalf of ADMI ..
