Renewal / maintenance of 5 means in the pre-zone d. Tunnels Baregg and -berdeck Neuenhof (dismantling / assembly under traffic):
Main Site: The project perimeter comprises the national road N01 between the junction Birrfeld, km 91 000, and the border of the cantons AG /ZH, km 104 630, at the height of the Dietikon line.
Renewal / maintenance of 5 means of return transfer in the pre-zone d. Tunnels Baregg and -berdeckung Neuenhof (disassembly / assembly under traffic):
- Replacement / renewal of the control and pneumatics, incl. New cabling as well as disassembly of professional disposal of the not required parts,
- Mechanical maintenance of the Leitschrabenches, u. a. Replacement of the wheels, reflectors and lightbulbs (in the contractor`s factory),
- Implementation and logging of tests, commissioning of the new MUeLS controls,
- Replacement supplies,
- Creation and revision of the implementation requirements until the approval and documentation of the executed work (DAW ), including integration and tracking of existing, still valid documents,
- Carrying out of training / instruction of the staff of the maintenance service according to specifications and specification,
- Guarantee of 3-5 years,
- Options: maintenance / patch during and after guarantee.

EC1: Technical Capability:
For the Provider: 1 Reference object for completed works of comparable complexity and from the same subject area : MUeLS repair incl. Disassembly and assembly as well as commissioning in the area of national or high performancegsstrasse under traffic;
EK2: Economic / financial capacity:
For the provider: annual turnover provider double annual turnover of the order;
EK3: experience key person:
For the project manager and site manager (from leading company) 1 reference object is about completed work in equivalent function or Stv. function with comparable complexity and offindicate the same subject area. It is also possible to specify reference objects that were decisively edited by the key person at a previous employer or that are already listed in the references of the company. The following applies: MUeLS repair incl. Dismantling / assembly and commissioning in the area of national or high-speed road under traffic;
EK4: VerfuegPossibility of the key persons:
The provider must provide proof that the availability of the key persons and their deputies is given the required availability during the next 2 years. (Detailed list and description of the time load on the other projects.)

Principles of the procedure: The client awards public service contracts in Switzerland only to providers who are in compliance with the health and safety at work regulations and the equal pay for men and womenrattle.
Other information:
1) An optional inspection takes place. However, this is strongly recommended;
2) The date of commencement of the preliminary and main works has been determined on the basis of current knowledge. The financing of this work at the scheduled time is currently not secured. The definitive decision as to when this work can begin will decreaseApproval of the estimates by the Parliament in December 2019 and after a reconciliation of the funds available in 2020 with Switzerland-wide needs for the development and maintenance of national roads;
3) The preparation of tenders will not be remunerated. The tender documents will not be returned;
4) The tender documents will be available in electronic form only5) The composition of the evaluation board is determined internally within ASTRA;
6) Based on Article 13 (1) lit. h VoeB and Art. XV, lit. D, GPA, the client reserves the right to assign new similar orders, which refer to the present basic order, according to the open procedure;
