N08.60 080290 EP Interlaken East Brienz, BSA, Lot E81 Central ventilation Delivery, installation and commissioning of central ventilation incl. Control system

Since its opening, the national road N08 between Interlaken Ost and Brienz has not been extensively renovated. As part of the current conservation project, the entire operational and security area will now be replacedMain site: Site-based services are provided locally or at the location of the property and ASTRA Infrastructure branch in Thun, Bureau premises in Visp or headquarters in Ittigen (meetings)

Since its opening, the N08 national road between Interlaken Ost and Brienz has not been fully integrated Renewal. As part of the current conservation project wiNow the entire operating and safety equipment is replaced.

This lot includes the manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of the HVAC system for the Sengg, Chueebalm and Giessbach tunnels. It includes the room ventilation systems incl. Controllers of the central units:

- Sengg East and West,

- Chueebalm East and West,

- Giessbach East, Middle and West.

During the renovation phases dhe plants must not fall below the safety level below the current level. All work in the driving area must be carried out at night. By day the tunnels are passable for traffic without restriction.

The following proofs of suitability / confirmations must be submitted together with the given offer documents, otherwise the offer will not be considered

eligibility criterion EK1: technical capacity

- EK1: a reference object for completed work of comparable complexity (tunnel object on national roads under traffic) and from the same subject area (heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems according to FHB ASTRA) with indication of period, Order amount, executed work / services of the provider, reference personwith the client with telephone number.

In the case of holdings, only the references of the company applying for the contract are counted.

Eligibility criterion EK2: economic / financial efficiency

- EK2: the annual turnover of the provider is more than twice the annual turnover of the order.

Pricing Rating:

- the tlowest adjusted offer receives the maximum grade 5, - - Offers whose price is 50% or more above the lowest offer receive the minimum grade 0,

- in between the valuation is linear (rounded to two decimal places), - it becomes Adjusted Net Sums, without discount and without VAT.

Grading of the other award criteria:

The score of the main criterion results from the sum of the scores of the subcriteria multiplied by their weighting.

Point calculation Sum of all notes multiplied by their weighting (maximum score: 5 x 100 = 500 points). For multiplication by wtNot the criterion, the whole note without decimal place is to be taken into account, with the price the hundredth place.

2) Award of tenders, return of documents: The preparation of the offers will not be refunded. The offer documents will not be returned;

3) Offer opening: The opening of the offers is not public. The providers will only receive an anonymous offeropening protocol of tenders received unsolicited;

4) Follow-up orders: Based on Art. 13 para. 1, lit. h VoeB and Art. XV, lit. D GPA, the contracting authority reserves the right to award new similar contracts relating to the basic contract in the open procedure;
