The subject of the public procurement is the supply of EEG instruments for the JIP Neurological Clinic and Outpatient Department of Children and Adolescent Medicine VFN in Prague, including admission, customs, transport, operation, execution of instructions according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. on medical devices (just below-Act No. 268/2014 Coll. training of the buyer and handing over of the documents relating to the goods to be supplied, especially the declaration of conformity and instructions for use in the Czech language in printed and electronic form including the guarantee service and further according to the other conditions of the documentation. The subject of public procurement is the supply of EEG devices for JIP Neurological kline and ambulance of the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine in the General VFN in Prague, including accessions, duties, transport, installation, putting into operation, execution of instructions according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll. on Medical Devices (Act No. 268/2014 Coll. training of the purchaser and handing over the documents relating to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the(a) by the extract from the commercial register, if it is entered in it, or the extract from another similar to the record, in which the supplier is registered according to the (Section 77 (1) of the Act); (b) proof of a right of recourse to business under special legislation in the range of(c) a document certifying its fitness for distribution and servicing of medical devices, ie one of the following possibilities: ○ O (a) a document certifying its competence for the distribution and servicing of medical devices, ie one of the following possibilities: confirmation of the registration of the registration shall be issued by the SACL or
