- the ESPD, by which the economic operator declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The opereconomic operators may reuse a single European market document which has already been used in an earlier procedure, provided that they confirm that the information contained therein is still valid;

- in view of the announced procedure schedule, candidates will be invited to produce the documents concerned very quickly and are therefore invited to keep the documents and certificates usedIslands at the disposal of the adjudicator, including for possible third parties whose capacity is invoked to meet the requirements set below.

The adjudicator reserves the right not to accept a document dating back more than six months in relation to the deadline for receiving applications and inviting candidates to provide any missing documents;

- in order to completecorrectly the ESPD we invite you to follow:

—— either by using the PDF file which you print and which you complete in manuscript;

—— or by using the XML file which you fill on line;

—— to the question which action do you wish to perform, import a DUME via the XML file which you downloaded beforehand via the e-Notification link included in this notice from on;

—— once the XML file is imported, complete the entire ESPD;

—— once the ESPD document is duly completed, download, print and attach the documentto your application file.

The ESPD, by which the economic operator declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) candidates are requested to complete part IV C of the ESPD and attach to their application file the following documents: a declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover relating to the subject of the contract, during the last threeiers exercises, in the amount of:

- for lot 1: the turnover must be at least 53, 000, 000 EUR;

- for lot 2: the turnover must be at least 3, 000, 000 EUR ;

- for lot 3: the turnover must be at least 18, 000, 000 EUR;

- for lot 4: the turnover must be at least 24, 000, 000 EUR;

- for lot 5: the turnover must be at least 600.000 EUR.

Your application must be submitted via the e-Tendering electronic platform: https: //eten.publicprocurement.be

The deposit report must be endorsed with a qualified electronic signature. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
