Fulfillment of the conditions of participation was solved in the Qualification system of Electricity meters 3rd degree. 2014 / S 094-165405 dated May 16, 2019 and in the Bulletin of the Public Procurement Office for Public Procurement no. no. 94/2014 dated 16.5.2014 under no. 8252 KSTwas solved in the Qualification system of Electrometers 3rd degree Special electrometers, which was announced in the European Journal no. 2014 / S 094-165405 dated May 16, 2019 and in the Bulletin of the Public Procurement Office for Public Procurement no. no. 94/2014 dated 16.5.2014 under no. 8252 KST

1.For applicants, the contact person will be available on working days from 9.00 am. to 14.00. at: Čulenova 6, 816 47 Bratislavava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC.

2.The framework agreement will be concluded with 3 successful candidates placed in the first 3 places in the ranking. Requirement 3 candidates is based on substitutability of individual suppliers eg. in the event of a supply failure due to the supplier`s inability to guarantee timeliness of delivery in the required volume of supply, unpredictable events eg. natural disaster or otherwise. If the earIn the first place the contractor will not be able to deliver the ordered goods to the required extent and / or deadline; In the event that even the latter will not be able to deliver the ordered goods, the third bidder will be replaced. In such a case, the applicant does not have to compensate for lost profit or compensation for cancellationsordering. The other arrangements shall be governed by the provisions of the framework agreement.

3.The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tendering procedure under - 57 of the Public Procurement Act and if the tenders are irregular or otherwise unacceptable, on the subject of the contracto not to accept the bid and cancel the contract award procedure if the prices of the lots / items of the successful tenderer after the electronic auction are higher than the prices of the items / items from which the estimated contract value was calculated. 6. 7.The tenderer bears the risk of delayed delivery of the bid.

10.This competition is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
