The tenderer can prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status by entering in the list of economic subjects according to - 152 par. 1 of the Act, according to which the economic entity in the publicAttention:

1. The expected value of the contract is determined as a presumptionadana total price for the supply of electricity to the contracting authority and other contracting authorities accessing the public procurement for a period of 24 months expressed in EUR, excluding VAT, including tariffs for electricity distribution, electricity transmission and electricity transmission and distribution losses as well as other regulated items ( tariff for system services, tariff for operations(2) of the system) according to the price decision of the Office for Regulation of Network Industries of the Slovak Republic (URSO), including excise duty and levy to the National Nuclear Fund for decommissioning of nuclear installations and for spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management. Communication portal within the meaning of - 20 par. 2 ZVO is for the purposes of this contract portal www.ezakazky.sk. Competition documents will beeZakazky available on the www.ezakazky.sk portal without restriction. Method of requesting and providing the tender documents:

a) the economic operator enters into the internet search engine the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk,

b) clicks on the name of the contract,

c) clicks on the application / tender documents,

d) logs in into the system as follows:

D1)if the economic operator has already opened an account in the system with his / her already provided login data (in case of forgotten login data, he / she can choose to send the login data electronically to the e-mail address;

D2) and follow the instructions given for registration in the system directlyon the website www.ezakazky.sk. I will open the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents to the contracting authority for the elaboration of the bid in the electronic system on the website www.ezakazky.sk.according to the law, any of the candidates can ask the public procurement law to explain them directly in the contract awarded within the deadline specified by the law. The request for an explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period of time determined by law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the request to be delivered to the e-mail address of the contracting authority`s contact person. The above procedure shall also apply if the economic operator obtains the tender documents from the Contracting Authority`s profile or otherwise. In keeping with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has determined the above-mentioned means of communication, in other ways of communication, the contracting authorityother documents did not clarify other individual ways of communication in specific cases. In accordance with Article 39 of the Act, the economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation designated by the contracting authority by submitting a Single European Document (JED). The tenderer shall deliver the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation replaced by JED to the contracting authority within 100 days.amended pursuant to Section 39, Para. 6 Law.

4. As a result of the public tender, the Ramca Agreement will be concluded with a successful tenderer for a period of 24 months. The performance of the contract is subject to special conditions - Zakon č. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and Zakon no. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries. The subject public procurement is not green public procurement, its subject is not the procurement of innovation andon procurement focusing on social aspects
