4.1. Ability to perform professional activities:
4.1.1. Each economic operator in this procurement procedure must prove his / her entry in the court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his establishment. to select gosof the donor, Section A: Ability to carry on professional activity, point 1.) for all economic entities on offer.
The ability to perform professional activity of economic operator referred to in point 4.1.1 is proved by:
- excerpt from court, craft, professional or of another appropriate register kept in the Member State of establishment.
If in the State of establishmentsuch documents are not issued by the economic operator or, if they do not cover all the circumstances, they may be replaced by an affidavit or, if the affidavit does not exist under the law of the country concerned, by a giver with a certified signature by a competent judicial or administrative authority, notary public or professional or a commercial body in the country of establishment of the economic operator, or holdavi of which the person is a national.
The contracting authority will require the economic operator who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender to prove the ability to extract from a court, craft, professional or other appropriate register kept in the Member State of establishment.
