Supply of Electricity according to the Technical Specification of the Tender Article 1.10. Applicants must provide either a bank or an insurerof the tender security issued by the public company in accordance with the form of the tender security in Annex 5 to the open tender regulations and EUR 5 000, 00 (five thousand euro). If the tenderer is an association of persons or a partnership, the tender guarantee must be formulated so as to cover all tenderers (name of tenderer in tenderthe tender guarantee document must be the same as the tenderer`s name in the tender). The tender security must be valid for the shortest of the following six months from the date on which the tender was opened in open competition or until any extension of the tender validity period.
