Supply of medium and low voltage net active electricity for the needs of Technical University - Varna from balancing group coordinator

The subject of the contract includes supply of net active electricity at medium and low voltage from balancing group coordinator, full administer the information flow with ESO and cover the costs of the skyfor the needs of Varna Technical University. The estimated amount of electricity for the duration of the contract is 3 823 672 kWh. The amount of electricity is determined by the contracting authority depending on the specific needs and financial security.

The subject of the contract includes the supply of net active electricity at medium and low voltage level by a balancing group coordinator, complete administration of the information flow with ESO and assuming the costs of imbalances for the needs of Varna Technical University. The estimated amount of electricity for the duration of the contract is 3 823 672 kWh

are licensed as electricity traders according to Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (EEA) and balancing group coordinator and registered in ESO EAD as an electricity trader and balancing group coordinator, and for foreign persons - in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which

Participants declare compliancewith the above selection criterion by completing Part IV, b. A "Eligibility" in the relevant / applicable fields of the EEEDP.

Documents to prove:

If necessary, on the basis of Article 67, paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Act, or upon conclusion of the contract on the basis of Article 112, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of PPA the contracting authority requires from the participants or from the valid license for trade in electricity designated by the contractorabout Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (EA) and balancing group coordinator - certified copy and up-to-date information about its registration in ESO EAD as an electricity trader and as balancing group coordinator.

For foreign persons, an equivalent document is presented in depending on the country in which the participant is establishedohmic and financial status of the participants.

A participant for whom any of the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 and art. 55, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. The procedure shall apply the specific national grounds for removal, namely: Art. 3, item 8 of ZIFODRUPDRTLTDS; convictions for crimes under: Art. 194-208, Art. 21 For —217, Art. 219-252 and Art. 254a-260 of the Criminal Code; the presence of connectivity within the meaning of par. 2, item 45 of the PD of the Public Procurement Act; committed violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 from CT; Art. 69 of the CITAA; Art. 13, para. 1 of ZTMTM.
