Supply of net active low voltage electricity for the needs of Northwestern State Enterprise DP Vratsa and selection of coordinator of balancing group

Supply of electricity of low voltage, choice of coordinator of standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and with the epower transmission network (OEM) and the assumption of the costs of imbalances for sites allocated for the management of 23 territorial units (state forest and state hunting farms) of the LPPD located in the districts of Vratsa, Vidin, Montana, Pleven, Lovech and Sofia district.

Main Site: The sites are located in 6 districts in the country - the districts of Vratsa, Vidin, Montana, Pleven, Lovech and Sofia district. Exactly methe location of each site is specified in the technical specification

Supply of low voltage electricity, selection of coordinator of a standard balancing group, complete administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and with the Transmission System Operator (OEM) and takeover the cost of imbalances for sites allocated to the management of 23 territoriesfisheries units (state forestry and state hunting farms) of the CPDP DP, located in the districts of Vratsa, Vidin, Montana, Pleven, Lovech and Sofia district.

Electricity should be of a quality that complies with the regulatory requirements under the Energy Act and the Electricity Trading Rules. The purpose of the contract is to reduce the electricity costs of the contracting authority and the customertransition to a complex service provider within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and art. 20, para. 1 of the Rules for Electricity Trading.

The Participants shall be licensed for "Electricity Trading", which includes the activity "Balancing Group Coordinator" in accordance with Art. 39 of the Energy Law and Ordinance No. 3 of March 21, 2013 on licensing of energy activities.private individuals prove their suitability by indicating in section IV "Selection Criteria", section "Eligibility" of the OEDO. In the same point of the EDES, the participant should also indicate whether it is entered in the commercial register of the Member State in which it is established. If the relevant documents are available in electronic format, participants should indicate the web address, authority or office issuing the document, and indicate clearly

There are no such requirements.

The performance guarantee is 3% (three percent) of the contract value.

The guarantee can be presented in the form of a cash amount, in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance, which guarantees performance through coverage that secures the liability of the contractor.

The terms and conditions for the retention or release of guarantorsthe performance contracts are governed by the contract.
