Supply of electricity for own consumption of Viesgo Distribution and Begasa

Supply of electricity for own consumption of Viesgo Distribution and Begasa, hereinafter Viesgo.

Supply of electricity for own consumption of Viesgo Distribution and Begasa, in forward Viesgo.

Viesgo will jointly contract the acquisition of electric power andAccess to networks with a distributor, based on a contract for the acquisition of energy with the distributor and a contract for access to networks with the distributor through the distributor.

The duration of the contract will be 2 years, initially being the number of contracts to manage approximately 125 (100 Viesgo 25 Begasa), with an estimated annual consumption volume of 3M kilowatt-hours, it being expected that the acquisition of this electric energy will be generated from renewable energy sources or high-efficiency cogeneration.

Additionally, Viesgo requires within the scope of the contracting, the performance of certain services, which to Informative and non-limiting title are:

- Preparation of monthly consumption and billing reports, as well aspower optimization,

- Update of the relationship of supply points as well as their characteristics,

- Electronic invoicing (unified and broken down) as well as access via web to billing, load curves, etc,

- Setting at the disposal of Viesgo by the marketer of a manager with proven experience in the management of such contracts,

- Elaboraction of energy audits, optimization studies, etc.

- Tenderers must be marketing companies included in the marketing lists published on the website of the National Commission of Markets and Competition (http://www.cnmc.es ), and must indicate in your application for participation the definitive registration number, assigned by the Ministry of Industria, Energia y Turismo,

- Original declaration of the bidding company, signed and sealed if it is not involved in situations of insolvency, suspension of payments, judicial intervention, bankruptcy, liquidation or any other equivalent situation according to the applicable legislation,

- Original declaration of the bidding company to be aware of the payment of all its labor obligationsles, tax and social security, according to the legislation that is applicable,

- Original declaration of the bidding company not to participate in the tender with more than one application for participation, either alone or in any form of association with other companies .

Total turnover of the electricity trading company referred to the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
