Supply and transmission of electricity

Open tender procedure pursuant to Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Grouping of orders: Department of Aube (mandatary) / 25 colleges public / high school Gaston Bachelard of Bar-on-Aube / MDPH of l`Aube. Multilateral Submarket Framework Agreement with no minimum or maximum amount. L`accoThe framework will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of satisfactory proposals, which will be put back in competition at each occurrence of a need.
