Associated supply of electricity in the agreed amount and time to the offtake points of the customer, including the transfer of responsibility for imbalance to the supplier in accordance with Government Order No. 317/2007 Coll. places in the urban area of Košice. Combined supply of electricity in the agreed amount and time to the offtake points of the customer, including the transfer of responsibility for imbalance to the supplier in accordance with the Government Order No.317 / 2007 Coll. with a total volume of 58, 500 MWh. Contract for the combined supply of electricity (electricity, distribution fees, fees fromand in accordance with -38 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, see the publication of the terms and conditions in the Tender Documents available on the contracting authority`s profile.

1) The competition is carried out electronically via IS EVO. To participate in the competitioni it is necessary to follow the instructions, manuals and video tutorials of IS EVO published on the UVO website, in the section More about IS EVO (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/more-o-is-evo-5f6.html), which is necessary to know and further in accordance with the Guidelines in the Competition Documents, which are available through the Public Procurement Profile in the public zone contract. However, the explanation in the competition is exclusively written in writingby IS EVO. The background documents shall not be sent. By telephone, the contact only serves to confirm the receipt of the document or information on the functionality of the written communication device, not to provide explanation. for explanation must be byguaranteed sufficiently in advance of the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders, so as to enable the contracting authority to provide the information necessary to draw up the tender, the proposal and to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation by all interested parties. The request for an explanation must be delivered by electronic meansin the IS EVO system. It is possible to communicate with the contracting authority after logging into the IS EVO system using the access data of the interested party. The explanation will be provided by electronic means in the IS EVO system and in the contracting authority profile. Tenders are submitted electronically via the IS EVO system.
