In accordance with article 67 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017, the tenderer must present an economic and financial capacity adapted to the present market.

Can be selected the tenderer fulfilling the criteria the following documents:

1) a statement as to thefor the products covered by the contract, carried out by the company during the past 3 financial years.

The following level of requirement is considered sufficient: the annual turnover for the products must reach a minimum of, the amount of the lot (s) for which the tenderer (association) submits tender.

If for a justified reason, the tenderer does notis unable to provide the requested references, it is allowed to prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document considered appropriate by the contracting authority.
