Delivery of net afor the non-household users of the Ministry of Defense and the provision of services by acting as co-ordinator of a standard balancing group.
The participant should hold a valid license issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission ("Energy and Water Regulatory Commission") for " according to Art. 39 para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (EE), including rightas well as obligations related to the activity of "Balancing Group Coordinator", according to Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Energy Act in conjunction with Article 58 of the Electricity Trading Rules (PTFE). economic and financial situation within the meaning of Article 61 of the Public Procurement Act.1 The grounds for mandatory removal from the procedure are set out in Article 54, paragraph 1 and Art.55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority requires a performance guarantee of 5% (five percent) of the estimated value in accordance with Art. 111 of the PPL in a form chosen by the contractor, as follows:

2.2. bank guarantee 2.3. insurance which ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability. The form of payment is determinedby the contracting authority according to Art. 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the draft contract (Annex 5 to the tender documentation)
