The subject of the public procurement is the choice of the electricity supplier

and the coordinator of the balancing group for low voltage hand MHL St. Ivan Rilski Ltd.

The deadline for the execution of the order is 36 (thirty-six) months of its award. Participants submit only 1 bid for complete execution of the order, and no variants are allowed. The proposed electricity supply activities must meet the minimum requirements of the contracting authority set out in the documentation for participation in the procedure

The customer's consumption during the previous 12 (twelve) months was 617 662 kWh. The estimated amount of electricity does not require the contracting authority to use it during the term of the public procurement contract and does not limit its consumption.

The payment is made in BGN, by bank transfer, to a bank account specified by the contractor, postponed, not less than 30 (ptideal) calendar days after submitting an invoice. The participant should hold a valid license for the electricity trading activity, issued in accordance with the Energy Act and the other relevant normative acts, including the "Standard Balancing Coordinator" activity, issued by the KEWR on its behalf. The participant should have a registration in the Register of Ball Coordinatorsinterrogating groups "to" Electricity System Operator "EAD. If the registration is evident from a public and free registry, it is sufficient to indicate it.

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial status of the participants in the procedure.
